THE CABOT

The Cabot is a historic theater in Beverly, Massachusetts that hosts performances, film screenings, and community events. Saved by a group of local business leaders, the organization has led a series of campaigns to restore the building’s interior and upgrade its systems.

The latest campaign, Be Part of The Cabot, focuses on restoring the facade and establishing an endowment. For this effort, I designed a 12-page fundraising brochure (below) distributed at a campaign event. The piece combines infographics, a timeline, event photography, and a rendering of the proposed facade to clearly communicate the vision and impact of the campaign. An Art Deco–inspired badge on the cover references the theater’s original architectural details, tying the design back to its historic roots.

I also designed a sponsorship prospectus (above) that introduces the theater’s updated primary color, navy, drawn from the new front signage. The cover features a custom pattern with a spark motif, capturing the energy and sense of magic associated with the theater experience.
